For copyright reasons, goods cannot be exchanged. Exceptions will be made if incorrect CDs are delivered, if they are damaged in transit or are faulty due to manufacturing defects. However, liability is restricted to supplying replacements. Claims to cancellation of the contract or a reduction in price are excluded as long as a replacement can be supplied within an appropriate deadline. In the event of incorrect deliveries and manufacturing defects, Zurich Opera House must be informed immediately. The goods subject to complaint must be sent back to Zurich Opera House within eight days (post mark). In the event of CDs being damaged in transit, complaints must be made within 48 hours; otherwise, entitlement to a free replacement will expire. If the goods are not returned, or we are unable to find any damage, or find that the damage has been caused by the buyer, the buyer will bear the cost of the replacement CD. Zurich Opera House does not execute evidently abusive or incomplete orders. Only Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
Terms of payment
Take advantage of easy and secure payment methods with VISA or EUROCARD/MASTERCARD. To process your payment, we need your name as shown on your credit card, your address, your credit card number and the expiry date of your card.
Security & data protection
We work with secure SSL internet links and the Datatrans payment system to process your credit card purchases. All of your customer data, i.e. card number, name and address, is transferred on the internet in encrypted form, making them illegible for third parties. Your data will then be in a secure server environment, ensuring a high standard of security. Apart from the encryption of credit card data, every transaction is authorised online by the card issuer (Visa or Mastercard/Eurocard), meaning that blocked or incorrect data cannot be used. In the unlikely event of someone attempting to conduct fraudulent transactions online against you and us by using your credit card information, complain to your card issuer within one month of receiving your monthly credit card statement. Follow the instructions of your card issuer and inform us in writing. Abusive charges triggered with your card in transactions with Zurich Opera House will be reimbursed to you by your card issuer. We also pledge to treat your other customer data confidentially and in accordance with the Swiss Law on Data Protection (DSG).
