For children 9 years and older, with adult accompaniment
Here, families learn about the fate of the dreamy swamp nymph, who considers herself irresistible but falls victim to a bitterly evil game played by the «gods». At the same time, participants are given a humorous insight into the madness of the theatre business in which Jetske Mijnssen sets her production. Jean-Philippe Rameau's music, performed and sung live on baroque instruments, is simply captivating! This workshop is the ideal preparation for your visit to Platée.
In the workshop we play and dance a lot, so we recommend to wear comfortable clothes. Please take ballet or gymnastic shoes with you, if possible.
