Abstract
Whether with Mozart's Pamina at the Salzburg Festival, with Gluck's Euridicie at the Théâtre des Champs-Élysées in Paris or on tour with the programme of her new album Fairy Tales - the Swiss Regula Mühlemann is celebrating great international success. Shortly after her role debut as Gilda at the Theater Basel, the soprano will give a song recital at the Zurich Opera House in February. Under the title «Identité - Lieder der Heimat», Regula Mühlemann has put together a programme that includes folk songs from Switzerland as well as songs by Rossini, Liszt and Schubert dedicated to pastoral themes. She will be accompanied by pianist Tatiana Korsunskaya and Konstantin Timokhine (natural horn), among others.
