Since the first live broadcast in June 2014, oper für alle has thrilled thousands of fans year after year and become an integral part of Zurich’s calendar of events. This year, too, the Opernhaus Zürich will transform the Sechseläutenplatz into an open-air stage and present Jacques Offenbach’s fantastical opera Les Contes d’Hoffmann on the last weekend of the season. The evening before, you can also look forward to the third edition of the popular sister event kino für alle. Bring your family and friends – your folding chairs, picnic blankets and picnic baskets, too – and take in an open-air summer evening together, accompanied by fabulous entertainment.
