For trumpet, trombone, marimba, and double bass, the renowned Swiss jazz musician and composer Daniel Schnyder has moreover specially arranged two of his own works: “1822: Rossini’s Visit to Beethoven” and “The Iron Tetrapod,” which frame the program.
