Dancing Animals and the Seventh Spectacular Sense
Fall School Holiday Program for children ages 7-12
COOL-TUR
In order to survive, indigenous peoples – from Native Americans to Inuit – relied on their senses, benevolent forces, and sense of team spirit. They prepared for the hunt with dances and rituals. They read animal tracks and learned to behave like their prey. We won’t just look at the various rituals indigenous populations had, but we’ll also invent our own that can help us survive our own modern «concrete jungle».
